I like to have on hand baby towels and washcloths because regular ones are too big. You only really need two towels and one pack of washcloths. I like the thinner washcloths with no trim or embroidery/design on them because they are the softest for baby's skin. Consider gender neutral colors so they can be used for the next baby too.
