If only I knew then what I know now...
I wouldn't have wasted so much money on stuff I barely used. And maybe I could have prevented all those adorable "must haves" for my baby from cluttering the garage in sometimes as little as a few months!

Bouncers

I really liked having a bouncer seat for my newborn through 4-5 month old. It is so handy to have in your main living area as a place to put the baby down safely when you need your hands free but don't want to go to the baby's room to set them in the crib. Ones like this run for about $25. I noticed some really hip styles for bouncer seats nowadays, but they are way to expensive (up to $190!) for this type of product. You can only use it until you baby starts trying to sit up, then it's completely useless. So go for the economy syle like this one. Another tip- you really don't need the attached toys, or music/ rocking/ vibration mode. Your newborn will mostly sleep in it and not pay any attention to those features.
