I always laugh when I see these. I've never used one. Are they for keeping the seat padded so it's comfortable or for covering the germs on the cart? None of my kids were ever bothered by the discomfort of the shopping cart. And if you're worried about germs, just wipe down the cart with clorox wipes or something. Kids are messy and gross. If they don't get germs from the shopping cart, they'll get them from something else.
